I stayed at this hotel and found it to be in a great location, very close to the Falls. The service was extremely friendly, and the rooms were nice, but they could use a bit more cleaning. The dining options were limited, but the location was fantastic for exploring the area.

The rooms were nice, but could use better cleaning as there were a few hairs everywhere and some insects appeared at night. I enjoyed the lovely rainfall shower and spa tub.

The location is excellent, less than a 30-minute walk to cross into Canada on Rainbow Bridge or to see the Falls on the American side. It's also very close to the Falls themselves, making it a convenient spot to explore the area.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to all American Niagara Falls tourist spots. Despite being close to the main cleaning room, which led to extra noise, the room offered great value. On the downside, the wooden structure around the bed was a bit of a hazard as we kept stubbing our toes on it.
